Everything you need to know about using, placing and caring for your HyAir pouch.
Frequently asked
All about HyAir.
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp or send a note and we’ll help you choose.
What is inside HyAir?
Activated charcoal made from coconut shell, secured inside a breathable natural jute pouch.
How does activated charcoal work?
Activation opens up millions of microscopic pores. Their huge internal surface adsorbs odour-causing compounds and moisture from the surrounding air, holding them instead of masking them with perfume.
Where can I use it?
Compact, enclosed spaces such as cars, wardrobes, cupboards, shoe racks, bathrooms, gym bags, luggage and pet areas.
How many pouches do I need?
One pouch suits a car, wardrobe or shoe rack. For larger rooms or several spaces, use one pouch per area.
Does it have a fragrance?
No. HyAir is fragrance-free and designed to absorb unwanted odours rather than cover them.
Does it need electricity or batteries?
No. HyAir is completely passive and silent, so it works around the clock without plugs, batteries or refills.
How do I refresh the pouch?
Place the intact pouch in direct sunlight for a few hours about once a month, then return it to your space. Keep it dry.
Can I use it in my car?
Yes. Place it securely under a seat, in a door pocket or another spot where it cannot interfere with driving controls.
Does it filter dust or smoke particles?
No. HyAir is a passive odour and moisture adsorption pouch. It is not a HEPA or mechanical particulate filter and does not replace a certified air purifier.
Can it be used in a large room?
HyAir works best in enclosed, compact spaces. Larger or highly ventilated rooms may need several pouches.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Keep the pouch intact and out of reach so it is not opened or chewed. Use only as directed.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Results vary by space, airflow and the source of the odour. Keep the pouch close to the problem area and give it time to circulate with the surrounding air.
